8. Reporting intellectual property infringement

8.1 As mentioned above, Metro AG is not allowed to publish goods that infringe the intellectual property rights of brands or other intellectual property owners ("intellectual property owners").

8.2 Unless otherwise specified, users are independent individuals or enterprises, and they have nothing to do with Metro AG. Metro AG is neither an agent nor a representative of users, and does not own and/or own any goods and places listed on the website.

8.3 If you are an intellectual property owner or an agent duly authorized by the intellectual property owner ("intellectual property agent"), and you believe that your rights or the rights of the principal have been infringed, please support your claim by submitting an IPR form and providing us with the following required files. 8.5 Metro AG acknowledges that manufacturers have the right to enter into certain exclusive distribution agreements or minimum advertising price agreements for their products. However, violation of such agreements does not constitute infringement of intellectual property rights. Since the implementation of these agreements is a matter between the manufacturer and the seller, Metro AG does not assist in such implementation activities, nor does it implement exclusive distribution rights or price control matters, unless it is distributed in a country with special management selectivity or exclusive laws.

8.6 Each seller agrees that Metro AG and its affiliates will not be harmed by all claims, causes of action, damages and judgments arising from any intellectual property infringement claims or the deletion of any content or product list related thereto.
